.Zennie Abraham On How Oakland Politics & The Oakland Coliseum JPA Blew It With The Oakland Roots. The main problem with the Oakland Roots is that the City of Oakland, and the County of Alameda in the form of the Oakland=Alameda County Coliseum Joint Powers Authority allowed a small group of people who had very little money to start a sports team that could bring major league crowds to act like one. The fact is, the City and County failed to actually reject their idea or fund them in accordance with an economic development plan. The fact is the Oakland Roots got in because of a meeting that Roots Founder Lindsay Barenz had a home meeting with then Oakland District Seven Councilmember Treva Reid who had a seat on the Coliseum JPA. In other words, there was no Oakland-Alameda County Sports Commission with sports business people on it, and no planning process to bring up new leagues and teams to be in Oakland. As usual the entire matter was done in a piecemeal fashion: in fits and starts always with the chance that the whole thing would collapse. And that’s where it is. Rather than the Coliseum JPA raising money to help the Oakland Roots pay rent, it gives them a “pay -to-play” game to game deal. That’s Oakland doing it on the cheap, yet again. What a complete disaster of a way to run a city. Yet, that’s what we do in Oakland: allow a politically-motivated set of actions without solid funding, and then expect them to work. Note from Zennie62Media and ZennieReport.com. A vlog by the YouTube channel named in the video’s upper left corner and serves as the original blog post for this content. This video-blog post demonstrates the full and live operation of the latest updated version of an experimental Zennie62Media , Inc. mobile media video-blogging system network that was launched June 2018. This is a major part of Zennie62Media , Inc.’s new and innovative approach to the production of news media. What we call “The Third Wave of Media”.
The uploaded video is from the Zennie62 YouTube channel. It is automatically uploaded to and formatted automatically at the nflnewsbyzennie62.com site and Zennie62-created and owned social media pages. The overall objective here, on top of our is smartphone-enabled, real-time, on the scene reporting of news, interviews, observations, and happenings anywhere in the World and within seconds and not hours – is the use of the existing YouTube social graph on any subject in the World.
Now, news is reported with a smartphone and also by promoting current content on YouTube: no heavy and expensive cameras or even a laptop are necessary, or having a camera crew to shoot what is already on YouTube. The secondary objective is faster, and very inexpensive media content news production and distribution.
We have found there is a disconnect between post length and time to product and revenue generated. With this approach, the problem is far less, though by no means solved.
Zennie62Media is constantly working to improve the system network coding and seeks interested content and media technology partners.
