Liftoff for the Starfall Demonstration Mission takes place from Space Launch Complex 40 (SLC-40) at the Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida. Starfall is an uncrewed, disk-shaped cargo transportation vehicle designed to mass-produce and safely return orbital manufacturing payloads—such as advanced pharmaceuticals, semiconductors, and optical fibers—back to Earth from low-Earth orbit (LEO). Measuring 10 feet across, this massive capsule can return up to 2,200 pounds of cargo per flight.
